Diphya was a design project based on the countertrend of the revaluation of imperfection, highlighting human contribution and considering errors as unique individual objects. When something carries a flaw and a story, it becomes more beautiful. Instead of concealing imperfections, we accentuate and celebrate them, making them the most robust elements of our design.
Our guiding concept involves excavation inspired by a fictional narrative sown from errors, leading to the creation of a journey meant to be experienced. We delved into the social imagination that spawned the fantasy of an ammunition dump beneath the Carlos Thays Botanical Garden in Buenos Aires.
